The Holzapfel-García family began their forestation period at the end of the 70s in the Maule Region, Chile, specifically in the coastal city of Constitución. Setting up camps, they themselves planted thousands of radiata pines, hoping to see future lush forests, a situation which today is a reality. In the mid-80s, they embarked on the adventure of creating their own timber company motivated by their social calling of generating jobs for the community and their entrepreneurial spirit. This was the start of their first productive unit in that same city, giving way to a second one in 2004 in the Marchigue, part of the O'Higgins Region.
